Annual General Meeting of the Electors 2022/23
In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act 1995, the next Annual General Meeting of the Electors will be held at Shire of Waroona Council Chambers on Tuesday 19 December 2023 at 5.00pm following the December Ordinary Council Meeting.
The Agenda for this meeting will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting via the Council’s website www.waroona.wa.gov.au. In addition to any other relevant items the Council’s 2022/23 Annual Report will be the first matter of discussion.
An electronic copy of the 2022/23 Annual Report can be found on the Council’s website as well in hard copy at the Shire Administration Office.
Community members are requested to register their attendance, so that numbers can be catered for.
To facilitate the answering of questions at the meeting, it is required that 24 hours’ notice be given to any questions concerning financial or other matters which may require research.
