Section 6.36 Local Government Act 1995
In accordance with section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given to the ratepayers of the intention to levy the following differential rates for the 2024/25 financial year as summarised below:

Differential Rates 2024/25 - Statement of Objects and Reasons
Written submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Waroona, PO Box 20, Waroona WA 6215 and clearly marked Submission – Differential Rating 2024/2025. Emailed submissions should be sent to warshire@waroona.wa.gov.au.
Submissions close 12.00pm on Friday 2nd August 2024.
